By placing an order with us you are entering into a contract to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree or have any questions about our terms and conditions then please contact us before placing your order.
Due to the vast range of colours, designs and sizes of goods offered, Horse Jump Warehouse cannot guarantee that goods ordered will be held in stock for immediate delivery as goods are usually tailor-made to order. When you place an order you will be given a more accurate delivery estimate. Delivery estimates are mere estimates and will be subject to delay if payment is not received for the order or artwork for personalised jumps ordered is not forthcoming.
All prices are quoted ex-works in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST at the standard New Zealand rate.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes, which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through the website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order.
Please note that all products and services including those on offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time including after you have placed an order. We also reserve the right to revise prices at any time.
If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. In case of long delays or unavailability you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order. We always endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information provided but there is always the possibility of an item being out of stock. We will continue to list those products that can be re-ordered. Those that we will not be re-ordering will be removed from this website as soon as possible.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and subject to the delivery charges noted above. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch. Payment may be made direct credit. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Goods remain the property of Horse Jump Warehouse until paid for in full.
Delivery dates are given as an estimate. All goods ordered may be collected from Horse Jump Warehouse in Brookside, Canterbury. Please arrange this when placing an order. We also provide a nationwide delivery service through Mainfreight.
Please note accurate postal codes are required. All deliveries made via any carrier must be carefully checked and signed for as Horse Jump Warehouse cannot be liable for any damages or shortages if goods have been signed for as received in full and in good condition.
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that Horse Jump Warehouse own or are licensed to use all copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this web site and the business of Horse Jump Warehouse (including the structure design and layout of the web site) and assert all such rights worldwide.
You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these terms and conditions. You must obtain Horse Jump Warehouse prior written consent before you use the web site or any part of it in any other manner.
All persons, individual and corporate, are prohibited from providing hypertext or other links to the jump4joy.co.uk web site, from their own web site or from a third party's web site, without our prior consent.
Horse Jump Warehouse attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free.
Horse Jump Warehouse does not accept liability for any errors and admissions and reserves the right to change information, specification and description of listed goods, and products at any time.
Horse Jump Warehouse does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by virus or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Horse Jump Warehouse does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site, or any failure to complete a transaction.
Horse Jump Warehouse does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of use of the web site for any products or services purchased from the web site.
Horse Jump Warehouse will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Any equine activity by the very nature of the sport entails an element of risk. Horse Jump Warehouse assume no responsibility whatsoever beyond the total cost of the purchased product. The Purchaser of the product and subsequent users of the product assume all responsibility for the use of the product up to and including any injury and/or death associated with the use of such product(s).
This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement does not confer or purport to confer on any third party any benefits or any right to enforce any term of this Agreement.
Horse Jump Warehouse will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control.
Time shall not be of the essence in the performance of this Agreement.
If for any reason any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The terms and conditions and contracts between you and Horse Jump Warehouse shall be governed by New Zealand law and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the new Zealand courts.
Horse Jump Warehouse products are designed and built to last. Manufactured from the highest quality materials and paints/varnish to ensure strength, durability and functionality, they come with a one year warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- When using wooden products like wood poles for example, breakages are inevitable when you or your horse falls or treads on them. There is no manufacturer’s warranty on miss-used products or damage done by falling on/treading on/eaten/chewed/kicked/mis-treated, etc… All our products must only be used for what they are designated for.
- In the event of items being part of orders being missing or damaged, such as cups or tracks we may replace just this parts without replacing the whole product.
- If the product is damaged we may request photos to be sent to us for us to determine the best course of action to remedy the issue.
